Quick Guide To Using Our Shop |
Account holders
Customers who have a credit account with us can buy products and add them to
their account. Call Clearline on 01206 848200 to obtain your user name and
password. If you are a trade customer, your discount will be calculated at the
checkout.

Non account holders
Customers who do not have an account with us will need their Debit or
Credit Card to purchase goods. |
To Start Shopping...
There are two ways to shop. The first and easiest way to
find items in our shop is to use the search page. This can be
found at the top of the main menu on the left. Use very specific words for your
initial search. If you do no get any results, try a less specific search.
Sometimes less specific searches retrieve many pages of product which is not
always beneficial.

If you would
prefer to browse our shop, you can use the menu to navigate through our various
product categories. These can be found on the left side of your screen.

Product list
The products that match your search are then displayed. Click
the Buy button to view a larger picture and more details.

Product details
Check that the product is the one you want and then enter the
quantity, you may also consider ticking any associated items that will be
shown below the product details. Click Buy to add the item to your
shopping cart.

Shopping Cart
Here you can review the products you wish to buy and
their price. Once you are happy with the contents of the
shopping cart you continue to the checkout either by login for account
customers or specifying just your email address for non account customers.

Checkout
Your selected products are clearly shown in the cart and so to
is the total amount of your order. Account customers will possible discounts.
The delivery address of the goods are then required. Click continue to go to
the payment pages.

Method of payment
Non account holders will click the "Credit/Debit Card" button to
proceed and use their card to make the payment. Account holders can choose
"Invoice on delivery". This will only work following agreed discounts with
Clearline and as long as your account has not exceeded agreed credit limits.
You will only be offered appriopiate options.
